Returns & Exchange Policy

How to return an item:

All returns must be processed through the designer directly and the return address are included in the delivery of your goods.

For all valued customers in the UK, we can provide a return service for you for a fee of £9.99.

If you live outside of the UK and would like to return an item, a fee of £19.99 is applicable and will be deduced from the final refund amount.

If you choose to arrange the return by yourself, the shipping costs and tracking of the package is your responsibility. We would always advise to send returned items by a tracked and signed service for your own assurances.

If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the original goods and place a new order. You will receive a full refund for the original goods within 10 working days of the designer receiving the returned items.

We hope that you’ll love your order but if it isn’t quite right, we’re happy to refund or exchange it for you.

You must return the goods in the same condition in which you received them and in the original packaging.

Please ensure you return goods within 10 days of purchasing through Elévon World. Refunds will be issued to you within 10 working days after the day in which the goods have been received.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returned goods under the following circumstances:

  • If the items have been worn
  • If the tags on the goods have been removed
  • If the goods are sealed for health or hygiene reasons and you have unsealed those goods after receiving them

Please note - you cannot return any goods that have been made to order or customised for you.

Refunds may be reduced for any diminished value in the goods resulting from excessive handling. For the purposes of this Return Policy, “excessive handling” means any more handling than what would be permitted in a physical shop when ascertaining the nature and characteristics of the goods in question.

Accepted returns can only be credited to the original payment method
